Human Resource Policy

Objective. To govern the employment lifecycle, ensure institutional alignment, maintain a safe corporate culture, and develop strong professional talent across all branches.

Recruitment and equal opportunity
Hiring is merit-based, using unbiased screening and structured panel assessments. The Group has zero tolerance for discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion or background in every territory where it operates.
Performance
Annual progress is measured against objective KPIs tied to divisional growth targets. Top performers qualify for accelerated promotion and bonuses.
Discipline
Breaches of trust, workplace harassment or insubordination lead to immediate suspension pending an inquiry by the HR Compliance Panel. Outcomes range from a formal warning to termination of contract.
4.2

Procurement Policy

Objective. To ensure fiscal responsibility, remove supply vulnerabilities, and keep vendor relationships fully transparent.

Three-quote rule
Purchases above the standard threshold need at least three independent, verified vendor bids. Selection weighs technical competence, financial soundness and social value.
Vendor accountability
Every external contractor passes a compliance audit, including background checks on child labour, environmental record and tax compliance.
No contract splitting
Dividing a large purchase into smaller orders to avoid approval workflows is prohibited and treated as financial malpractice.
4.3

Anti-Fraud and Financial Integrity

Objective. To protect Group liquidity, safeguard client funds, and maintain integrity across cross-border banking operations.

Segregation of duties
No single person can initiate, authorise and reconcile the same transaction. Approval levels are partitioned within the EFT platform.
Gifts and favours
Staff may not accept personal gifts, entertainment or travel from current or prospective vendors. Any gift above a nominal value of USD 25 must be declared to Legal Support.
Audit and investigation
Internal Audit has real-time access to all digital records and ledgers. Suspected fraud triggers an immediate freeze on the related clearings.
4.4

Whistleblowing and Safe Reporting

Objective. To let staff and third parties report bad-faith practices without fear of career or physical retribution.

Anonymous channels
Dedicated external hotlines and encrypted web dropboxes, managed by independent compliance controllers.
Non-retaliation
Whistleblowers are protected. Any manager who penalises, isolates or demotes an employee for reporting faces termination.
