Zelca Group Ltd is a research-led consultancy group headquartered in Ntinda, Kampala. We combine scientific and market expertise with international business systems to solve structural problems in supply chains, corporate strategy and physical infrastructure.
Overview
We set up three specialised operating divisions, Zelca Consults, Zelca Logistics and Zelca Cleaners, because the problems our clients bring rarely stay inside one discipline. A farming value chain needs research, trucks and cold storage. A new facility needs planning, site works and ongoing hygiene.
Working as one group lets us connect grassroots development, such as fragmented smallholder farming, with the systems larger organisations run on. We lean on multidisciplinary research, automation and practical technology to do it.
The aim is long-term commercial value for clients, together with measurable improvement for the communities that sit inside their supply chains.

Tracking, RFID, scanners and cloud databases are tools, not goals. We introduce them where they remove real bottlenecks.
